Smoke in stuck elevator at commercial building

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters canceled an earlier fire alarm response and were redirected to a commercial building near Sylvan Ave in Englewood Cliffs for a report of smoke and a stuck occupied elevator. Engine 1 arrived, reported a three-story commercial building, and began investigating.
