Runaway juvenile located near Highway 82

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible runaway juvenile last seen on foot near Fish Hatchery Lane and Highway 82, with the caller waiting in a vehicle by the railroad tracks. The juvenile was later located and the response was canceled.
