Tree on phone lines and power lines down on Downbridge Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Down Bridge Road and Landing Way in Enterprise for a reported utility hazard, where a tree was lying across phone lines and some power lines were down near a marked utility pole.
