Caller reports possible intruder in apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment on L.15 Lane in Escanaba after a caller, monitoring cameras from another location, reported a possible intruder inside. The caller said they could hear footsteps and doors opening and closing in the apartment.
