Witness reports blue Audi hitting parked truck

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible hit-and-run or minor collision on North Hale Avenue at West Kalmia involving a blue Audi sedan and a parked silver Ford F-150. A reporting witness spoke with the Audi driver, suggested leaving a note, and later left the area. The witness states they have dash cam video and provided license (number withheld) information for follow-up.
