Elderly man assaulted, has face and neck pain

I have a 70, that's 70 year old male with a chief complaint of face and neck pain, six out of ten.

Patient was assaulted earlier today and was at your emergency department to be assessed for this assault, had a CT scan earlier today, and he would like to come back in to see those results.

He also would like to assess his pain at your facility.

He is A&O x4, GCS 15 with all vital signs within.

Normal limits with the exception of a little bit of hypertension at 140 over 88 .

We're en route to your facility about 7 min away.
