Person threatening suicide, armed with knives at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conduct a welfare check at an apartment on 11th Street in Fortuna for a person reportedly threatening suicide for two days, experiencing apparent drug-induced psychosis, acting aggressively, and possibly armed with knives.
