Felony traffic stop at Virginia Street and Fares Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a possible felony traffic stop on a white Dodge Avenger near East Virginia Street and North Fares Avenue in Evansville. Additional units were requested to the area and later advised they could resume normal traffic.
