Another example of great parenting..NOT!

I'm sure the parent said "I was busy cleaning and I know that door was locked"! Same old excuse every time a child is outside alone ! I dont know tge situation and dont care to know, but this child should've been taken by DCS!!!! My opinion and im entitled to my own !!
