Person vomiting blood locked inside apartment in Wyoming

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers coordinated a medical response for a reported hemorrhage and vomiting blood at a residence near Lathrop Road in Evansville, Wyoming. Initial information described the location as an apartment and later as a lot, and responders reported that the patient could hear them but could not unlock the door. An air medical helicopter was canceled by command, EMS 166 responded, and law enforcement was also sent to the scene while ground ambulance availability was limited.
