Neighbor threatens to shoot dogs and fights resident

RP says neighbor named (name withheld) was outside screaming at another neighbor's dogs and was threatening to shoot them.

She has since gone back inside.

Two hundred and six, we just received another call that (name withheld) is fighting with the original RP's 19 year old son in the street.

They have since broken up, but the female is still outside in the yard.
