Person near (number withheld) Main Street has difficulty breathing and stroke signs

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS units responded to a medical emergency at an apartment on Main Street for a person having trouble breathing and unable to move an arm, with a possible stroke reported. A separate unit was dispatched to a building on Baldwin Avenue for an unknown medical alarm activation.
