As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a possible weapons brandishing incident near 96th Street in Everett. A motorcycle rider was reportedly seen holding a brown and black handgun, then putting it into a pocket without pointing it at anyone before continuing northbound. The reporting party did not request contact.
