Tree and wires down blocking roadways

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units are dispatched to several locations near Pierce Street, Kiefer Lane, and Old William Penn Highway for reports of wires and a tree down across the roadway. At a separate location on Old William Penn Highway, a caller reports a possible intruder in an apartment and remains locked in a bedroom while lights in the hallway turn on and off.
