Hit-and-run vehicle flees scene on Everett Terrace

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported hit-and-run crash near Everett Terrace in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. A fleeing vehicle, described by its New Jersey license plate, reportedly backed into a parked vehicle and drove south on Everett. Fair Lawn police were asked to check the suspected driver’s residence. During the same radio traffic, an officer was also sent to an address on Erie Avenue for a call about an injured bird on a front porch.
