Large dogs in abandoned house break window

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call about large, possibly aggressive dogs inside an abandoned house across from a residence on Paula Avenue in Fairbank. The caller reported that the dogs broke a window, but it is unclear if they are still inside the house.
