51-year-old woman in cardiac arrest at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a reported cardiac arrest involving an adult woman at an apartment complex off Route 29. The patient was initially described as unconscious and not breathing, then later appeared to be breathing and able to talk without opening her eyes.
