Blue SUV reported speeding and driving recklessly

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a blue Honda-style CRV driving recklessly at high speed near North Avenue and Midway, with updates placing the vehicle toward Westfield and onto South Avenue and Morris Avenue. A caller who was nearly hit pulled over with hazard lights on to assist officers.
