Basement fire in two-story home on Stoddard Hayes

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible structure fire at a home on Stoddard Hayes Road, just north of Fisher Court. A family was awakened by smoke detectors, reported a fire in the basement of a two-story wood house, and all occupants evacuated while smoke and flames were visible.
