Reckless driver reported on Route 4 near Walnut

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a black Toyota sedan driving erratically on Route 4 near Walnut Street, reportedly crossing the center line and nearly hitting other vehicles as it traveled east past an apartment complex in Farmington.
