Welfare check for elderly man walking on US 20

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an elderly man walking eastbound along US 20 near Fayette, Ohio, possibly hitchhiking. Deputies checked the area and it was later reported that he may have been picked up by a vehicle.
