Who ever the parent of this child if you know you couldn’t take care of your children instead of leaving them unattended to do for there self,, so selfish of you as a parent take responsibility and take your children or child to a safe place like the hospital /church /some where you at least care enough to no … to many of our kids getting killed because of the lack of care,,, so sad to me …please people put the kids first they never ask for the life they are handed
