Report of domestic assault at Clark Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a home near Clark Street in Flatwoods for a possible domestic assault after a caller reported hearing screaming, a woman yelling for someone to get their hands off her, and what sounded like a punch from a neighboring residence.
