Man jumping in front of cars near old grocery

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible disorderly person near the old Brown Grocery at West 3rd Street and North State Street in Flora. A man was reportedly jumping in front of vehicles, last seen walking west on 3rd Street wearing jeans and a dark blue shirt with long hair. The caller later reported seeing him in an alley between 3rd and 4th Streets, possibly behind Trinity Church.
