As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible hit and run near East 4th Street in Flora, Illinois. A parked vehicle’s door was damaged and the reporting driver believed another vehicle leaving a nearby location across the street may have struck it before leaving the area. No injuries were reported.
