Neighbor threatens to break door at apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from an apartment complex of a male neighbor pounding on a caller’s door and threatening to kick it in. The male reportedly lives in another unit at the same complex and may be armed with a collection of knives inside his apartment.
