Welfare check at Florida home for mother with heart condition

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was reported near Cynthia Court for a resident with a heart condition who was not answering the door. The garage was locked, and access was not possible. The resident may be at the hospital with her husband. Responders had been at the address the previous day for a medical call.
