Intoxicated man losing consciousness at park

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a location near Temperance Street and later to the Lakeside Park and Harbor View area for a possible alcohol-related incident involving an adult man reported to be losing consciousness and heavily intoxicated.
