Possible stolen e-bike found near middle school

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible stolen e-bike that was found behind the middle school near Bob Cross Park in Foreston and then brought to a nearby residence on First Street South. The bike may have been taken from a business in St. Cloud, and an officer planned to contact the parties to determine if it was stolen or mistakenly taken from a trail.
