Motorcyclist drops phone, crash report unfounded

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible injury crash near State Route 4 in Fort Ann. Responding units later reported that a motorcyclist had dropped a phone and no crash occurred, and all units were cleared.
