Man 29 has allergic reaction with breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical crews were dispatched to a room at a campus residence hall near Mt Belvedere Boulevard in Fort Drum for a reported allergic reaction involving a 29-year-old man who was having trouble breathing.
