Theft from apartment and vehicle taken in accident

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to an apparent theft report at an apartment on Palisade Avenue in Fort Lee. A male caller reported that money and other property were possibly taken while a female resident was in the hospital, and that her vehicle was taken without permission, involved in a crash, and later returned to the building’s garage.
