Person in camo reportedly pointed rifle near Indian Head Hwy and (Old) Fort/Port Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received multiple reports of a person in full camo with night-vision goggles who reportedly displayed/pointed what appeared to be an automatic rifle at people near (Old) Fort/Port Road and Indian Head Highway. The person then left in a dark blue/black BMW heading toward Washington, DC; an update indicated the vehicle crossed into Virginia and the caller would follow up with state police.
