Report of possible encampment fire near Newburg Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported encampment fire near Newburg Road in the Fortuna area after a caller reported a large amount of smoke. Access was described as from Newburg Road near a bridge, but officers on scene later reported they could not see any smoke.
