Reckless driving complaint involving two parked cars

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a silver Audi and a gray BMW that were possibly driven recklessly at high speed on a highway and nearly forced the reporting party off the road before both vehicles parked near the (number withheld) block of Lawndale Drive in Fortuna.
