Teens bother shoppers near Fortuna stores

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of two teenage males acting suspiciously near a shopping area in South Fortuna. They reportedly approached at least two callers near local businesses, made odd comments involving cell phones, then left and were later seen riding bicycles in a grocery store parking lot.
