83-year-old female with altered mental status transported

Currently A&O x4, GCS 15 with a chief complaint of altered mental status.

Initially the call was for altered mental status, but upon arrival, nursing facility or the facility has placed her on four liters per minute of oxygen at which point she became A&O x4 again.

All vitals are currently within normal limits.

She is borderline tachycardic at a ninety-eight, fluctuating up to about 102 .

She is still on four liters per minute of oxygen.

She does have a history of diabetes with a sugar of 100 and twenty-one.

We are currently en route to facility with ETA of approximately 1 min .
