For one thing , the caller , who is the boyfriend of the daughter of the woman accused of hitting him lied . He scratched himself the day beforehand. It was all over the daughter spanking the grandchild (by the mother) too hard and the grandmother didn't like it. the grandparents have guardianship of the child bc of drug issues. Please don't judge until you know the people involved.
