As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a location near E Catherine Ave in Fowler for a reported medical emergency involving a 13-year-old who reportedly fell off a couch and began screaming. The caller later advised the child may not be breathing and was foaming at the mouth. Law enforcement and EMS responded code 3 to provide urgent medical assistance.
