Male having seizures in Stewart's parking lot in Frankfort

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a parking lot near East Main Street in Frankfort for an unresponsive man with apparent seizure activity, and radio traffic later reported that he appeared to suffer another seizure.
