Person assaulted and found in street on Isabella

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports that a driver said her uncle was assaulted near Isabella Street and a state highway and was lying in the street. Units responded to the area of Isabella Street and nearby intersections to investigate, but EMS was not requested.
