Welfare check for elderly woman trying to enter houses

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was conducted for an elderly female going through the neighborhood near Nobleman Court. She was described as wearing warm weather clothing, including a white sweatshirt, white dress, and blue jacket, and was last seen near Longview.
