Four-year-old with possible anaphylactic reaction

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched for a reported four-year-old child having difficulty breathing with wheezing, possibly an anaphylactic reaction, near 4th Ave in Freeborn, Minnesota.
