Couple arguing over vehicle payments at intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 hang-up and an open-line call reporting a possible disturbance on Cornell Avenue, where a man and woman were heard arguing about vehicle payments. Officers were sent to the area of Adler Avenue and Montecito Avenue to check the situation.
