Downed power line causes fire on Summit Point Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to the (number withheld) block of Summit Point Drive in Front Royal for a downed power line that reportedly caused a fire. Multiple callers reported additional lines coming down, and the power company was notified with a crew on the way.
