Debris from vehicle crash blocking lanes

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of disabled vehicles and roadway debris near Fulton Road and River Road. They were unable to find some of the reported vehicles, but a separate minor collision with debris was reported on a nearby roadway, and a tow truck and freeway service patrol were requested.
