Tree falls on power lines and house, small fire out

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a home near Taylor Road South in Fulton after a tree being cut down reportedly fell onto power lines and the house. Smoke and flames were initially seen but were apparently extinguished before responders arrived, and two power lines were later reported hanging in nearby trees with no active fire.
