Driver yelling at caller on Lower Sacramento Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible disturbance near Lower Sacramento Road in the Galt area involving a black Cadillac Escalade and a Tesla Model 3. The party in the Cadillac was reportedly yelling at the reporting party. Units indicated there was no apparent traffic hazard, and the vehicle was later reported to be back with the company.
