Police seek to identify possible vehicle owner

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers near the high school reported a person on a bicycle believed to be the owner of a work truck with a trailer near Cornell and Lincoln. The bicyclist reportedly refused to identify himself, and another unit headed to the area to contact him.
