Brother threatens sister with knife at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call from a woman at a home near Turnberry Highlands Way in Gardendale reporting that her brother, who is known to carry a knife, was threatening to stab her. The man reportedly ran upstairs inside the residence, and there is mention of prior similar calls to the same location. Units responded to the scene and observed a man in an upstairs bedroom window.
